Friday, May 30, 2014 – We will be performing as a guest at Ryan G. Hinds’ “Coffee Talk” at the Flying Beaver Pubaret. The monthly cabaret/chat show is a “trick or treat bag of comedy, music and drag.” Ryan G. Hinds is a fabulously talented person and the rest of the show promises to be amazing! Show starts at 9pm, dinner is available before and during the event. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door. Tickets and more info are available here.
Tuesday, June 17, 2014 – We are the featured performers at The Groove Bar’s Open Mic. We play a set at 10pm, then YOU get to take the stage and play for US!!!! Food and Drink, great music…and if you talk nice to us we might even back up YOUR 3 songs!!!
Monday, June 30, 2014 – “Big Gay Canada Day” at Relish Bar and Grill. Still pumped about Pride? Can’t Wait until Canada Day? Join DFM for a big night of Cocktails, tunes and amazing tapas. Bring your Canadian flag, wear your mesh tank top, who says we can’t celebrate ALL the things at once? 😀 Our sets start at 8pm and we’ll be partying until the wee hours of the morning, I mean school’s out and July 1 is a holiday, why not have a “Gay Old Time” with DFM?
Saturday, July 5, 2014 – DFM will be playing The Northern Lights Festival in Sudbury ON. The festival is an amazing mix of roots, rock and world music and we are absolutely STOKED to be a part of it! We are slated in for a show and a workshop on Saturday (Bruce Cockburn headlines Saturday), so grab a festival program and come find us! We will also have Merch available at the festival store, so stock up and show your DFM colours!
